The CIM Forum is a community of industry leading businesses and high technology organizations focused on taking Customer Interaction Management to the next level.  By discussing current/leading topics, sharing best practices and Key Performance Indicators – our community members are provided the best and latest information to tackle CIM and lead their respective industries. 

I want to encourage everyone that visits this blog to begin a dialogue – often times, many issues we face in the Customer Service arena are common, even in different industries.  The community is an invaluable resource to the members and the more we add to it, the more we will all reap from it as well!
